SHACKLETON EXPEDITION - DOCUMENTARY

I teamed up with the wonderful people at ZooVFX/Atlantic Productions to help them create map animations for a documentary which recreated Ernest Shackleton’s famous journey across the Antarctic in the year 1914. I created a toolkit of 3D maps and animated 2D location markers to help the filmmakers visualise Shackleton’s journey. Unfortunately the documentary was never finished and never got to air because of the deteriorating conditions that the crew endured during filming.
